WHERE DO I WATCH THE LIVESTREAM?

The livestream is viewable via the Rolling Live Studios website and our apps (download apps here). Just login to your RLS account for access at the scheduled time!

WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE A QUESTION?

Please contact us at support@rollinglivestudios.com. Our contact hours are 11am PT to 5pm PT. Someone will be in touch within that time frame.
**Please note that our support team is only available by email.**

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKET?

Since we are an event-based ticketing platform, all sales are final once purchased. If the event is cancelled and NOT rescheduled, your artist will initiate refunds, including any service fees and taxes. However, tickets may not be refunded if the event is rescheduled rather than cancelled. If you’d like Rolling Live to review your case, please email proof of purchase and the specific show to which you are referring to support@rollinglivestudios.com. Request for refunds need to come within 14 days from the airing of the livestream.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY PURCHASED TICKETS?

Login to your RLS account. There you will find all of your purchased tickets.

WHAT IF I DIDN’T GET AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

Check your spam/junk folder. If still not seen, re-login to your Rolling Live Studios account, click “Tickets”, then make sure your ticket contact info is correct.

I’M IN A DIFFERENT TIME ZONE, HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE LIVESTREAM STARTS?

The livestream will have the accurate time zone and date listed. You can enter this information into Google with your current location to find the start time in your area. Please be sure to double-check that the streaming time works with your schedule before purchasing; not all shows are available for re-watch and all sales are final.

HOW CAN I WATCH THE LIVESTREAM ONCE LOGGED INTO MY ROLLING LIVE STUDIOS ACCOUNT?

Once logged in to your fan account, click on your livestream ticket. This will lead you to your purchase page that will have a link to enter the show.
Click on it and enjoy!

HOW CAN I CHANGE WHICH EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER I AM BEING CONTACTED AT?

To change the phone number or email address associated with a specific ticket, sign into your RLS account, click on the “Tickets” button, then click on your event. There you will see the option to change phone numbers and emails. Just remember to hit ‘save.’ 

HOW DO I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY CART?

Use the quantity button to increase or decrease the quantity and click the update cart link below the Check Out button. Alternatively you can change the quantity in the numbers filed and  then click the update cart link below the Check Out button. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As with any imported product, all buyers are responsible for any fees or taxes incurred on their purchase upon arrival. These are put in place by your local government and therefore we cannot be responsible for these charges when they are incurred.

CAN WE CHAT WITH FRIENDS WHILE WATCHING THE SHOW?

Yes we have a chat where you can chat with your friends from around the world.

I BOUGHT MULTIPLE TICKETS. HOW CAN I SHARE THEM WITH MY GUESTS?

WHERE IS THE MERCH ITEM THAT I ORDERED?

All items will ship after each event has aired. Please allow up to two weeks after the air date of the event to receive notification of your item being shipped. If you haven't received a notification after two weeks, please email  support@rollinglivestudios.com with your order number and we will let you know the status of your order.
